Cancellation Policy

GBCH Consulting LLC d/b/a A1 Lux Rentals Effective March 28, 2026

Overview

This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made with GBCH Consulting LLC d/b/a A1 Lux Rentals (“A1 Lux Rentals”). By completing a booking, you agree to the cancellation terms applicable to your service type as outlined below.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to cancellations@a1luxrentals.com or confirmed by phone at (855) BOS-A1LUX. Verbal cancellations without written confirmation are not accepted.

Car Rental Cancellations

Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days of the cancellation confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Black Car & Limo Service Cancellations

All limo and black car service bookings fall into one of two categories:

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total estimated fare is required at booking to confirm all limo and black car service reservations. This deposit is credited toward your final balance.

No-Show Policy

A “no-show” occurs when the Renter or passenger fails to appear at the confirmed pickup location within the agreed window without prior notice.

  • Car Rental: Security deposit forfeited in full.
  • Limo / Black Car: 100% of the total fare is charged for all no-shows, regardless of booking type or timing.

Modifications to Bookings

Booking modifications (date changes, pickup location changes, etc.) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the original scheduled pickup time. Modifications are not guaranteed and may be subject to rate adjustments.

Reducing the rental duration after pickup does not entitle the Renter to a refund for unused days.

Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond either party’s reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies — A1 Lux Rentals will work with affected customers to reschedule or issue account credit. Refunds in force majeure situations are issued at A1 Lux Rentals’ discretion.

How to Cancel

Please include your full name, booking confirmation number, rental vehicle or service type, and the reason for cancellation in your request.
