Car Rental

What vehicles are available to rent?+
Our self-drive rental fleet currently includes the 2020 BMW 330i xDrive (available in Silver and White editions) and the 2023 Lexus IS 350 F Sport. All vehicles are maintained to like-new condition and fully detailed before every rental.
Is there a minimum rental period?+
Yes — all vehicle rentals require a minimum booking of three (3) days. Single-day or overnight rentals are not available at this time.
What is the minimum age to rent?+
Renters must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Please note the following age-based requirements:

Is insurance included with my rental?+
Yes. All rental vehicles include comprehensive insurance coverage and complimentary 24/7 roadside assistance at no additional charge.
Is a security deposit required?+
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required at the time of pickup, payable by credit card hold or cash.

🔒The deposit covers potential damages, traffic violations, excess cleaning, or mileage/fuel overages. If no claims arise, your deposit will be released or refunded within 7 business days of vehicle return (30 days maximum).
Are there mileage limits?+
A generous daily mileage allowance is included with every rental. Overage rates are transparent and communicated clearly at the time of booking. Excess mileage may be deducted from the security deposit.
What is the fuel policy?+
All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. If returned with less than a full tank, a refueling fee will be applied at current market rates and may be deducted from the security deposit.
How does airport pickup work for rentals?+
We include complimentary airport pickup service with every rental. One of our team members meets you at Logan’s limo pickup area and drives you to our lot where your rental vehicle is ready and waiting. This eliminates the rental car counter experience entirely.
Do you offer discounts?+
Yes — we offer discounts for returning clients, referrals, and extended rentals. Contact us directly to learn more about current rates and eligibility.

Black Car & Limo Service

What vehicles are in the chauffeur fleet?+
Our black car fleet includes the Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban, and GMC Yukon XL — all full-size luxury SUVs accommodating 7–8 passengers with ample luggage capacity.
What limo services do you offer?+
We provide professional chauffeur service for Airport Transfers, Corporate Transportation, Wedding Transportation, Prom Night, Group Transportation, Hourly Service, and Meetings & Events. Visit our Services page for full details on each.
Is gratuity included in the price?+
Gratuity is not included in the quoted fare and is left entirely to your discretion. If you wish to tip your chauffeur, you may add gratuity directly to your invoice, or pay via Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, or cash.
How many passengers can you accommodate?+
Our vehicles comfortably accommodate up to 7–8 passengers with luggage. For larger groups requiring multiple vehicles, please contact us directly so we can coordinate accordingly.
Are your chauffeurs professionally trained?+
Yes. All of our chauffeurs are professionally licensed, background-checked, and experienced in the etiquette of executive and luxury ground transportation. They arrive professionally dressed and prepared for every occasion.
Is there a minimum booking for hourly service?+
Yes — our hourly as-directed service has a minimum booking of 2 hours, extendable in 1-hour increments. Contact us to confirm availability and pricing for your specific dates.
Do you offer corporate account billing?+
Yes. Companies with recurring transportation needs can set up a corporate account with consolidated monthly invoicing and a dedicated priority line. Contact us at hello@a1luxrentals.com to discuss a custom arrangement.
Are there any additional charges or fees for limo service?+
Yes — the following additional charges may apply depending on your trip details:

Airport Transfers

Which airports do you serve?+
We serve Boston Logan International (BOS), Manchester-Boston Regional (MHT), and T.F. Green International in Providence (PVD). All terminals at Logan are covered.
What happens if my flight is delayed?+
We track your flight in real time. If your arrival is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts automatically — at no extra charge. You’ll receive a text confirming the updated pickup time so you’re never left guessing.
Where exactly will my driver meet me?+
Your chauffeur will be waiting in the designated limo pickup area at Logan after you’ve collected your luggage. They will assist with your bags and escort you to your vehicle.
Is there a complimentary wait time included?+
Yes — complimentary grace periods are included on all airport arrivals:

After the grace period, wait time is billed at $8.00 per every 5 minutes.
How far in advance should I book an airport transfer?+
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For same-day requests, call us directly at (855) BOS-A1LUX and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
Do you bring the rental car to the airport?+
No — for car rentals, one of our team members picks you up from Logan’s limo area and drives you to our lot where your rental vehicle is ready. We do not transport the vehicle to the airport.

Pricing & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). A credit card is required on file for the security deposit on rentals. For gratuity, we also accept Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, and cash.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. We believe in transparent pricing — the rate we quote is the rate you pay. Any applicable fees (such as excess mileage, fuel, or cleaning) are communicated clearly before your booking is confirmed.
Is surge pricing ever applied?+
Never. Our rates are fixed regardless of the time of day, day of the week, or demand. The price you book is the price you pay — always.
Is a deposit required to book limo service?+
Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total estimated fare is required to confirm a limo booking. This deposit is credited toward your final balance.

Cancellations & Changes

What is the cancellation policy for car rentals?+

The security deposit is non-refundable if the rental is canceled within 24 hours of the start date, if the renter fails to pick up the vehicle, or if the vehicle is returned late or damaged. No-shows result in full forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the reservation.
What is the cancellation policy for limo & black car service?+
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm all limo bookings. Cancellation terms vary by service type:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to cancellations@a1luxrentals.com or by phone with written confirmation. Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days via original payment method.
What is the no-show policy?+
Failure to appear or communicate a delay constitutes a no-show. For car rentals, the security deposit is fully forfeited and the reservation is canceled without further refund. For limo service, a no-show results in a 100% fare charge plus any accrued wait time fees, and the deposit is forfeited.
Can I modify my booking after it is confirmed?+
Modifications to time, date, or passenger count made less than 24 hours before your scheduled trip may be treated as a cancellation and subject to applicable charges. We recommend contacting us as early as possible for any changes. Call (855) BOS-A1LUX for time-sensitive modification requests.
What happens in a Force Majeure event?+
In the event of a Force Majeure (e.g. severe weather, natural disaster, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control), we may waive applicable fees or deposits upon documented verification, at our sole discretion. Please contact us directly in these situations.

Booking Process

How do I book a car rental?+
You can book a rental vehicle online through our fleet page at any time. Select your vehicle, choose your dates, and complete the booking form. Confirmation is sent immediately. You can also call us at (855) BOS-A1LUX to book by phone.
How do I book a limo or chauffeur service?+
Limo bookings can be made instantly through our online booking portal. For weddings, proms, or custom requests, we recommend calling us directly so we can ensure every detail is handled correctly.
How far in advance should I book?+
For car rentals and standard transfers, we recommend at least 24–48 hours in advance. For weddings and proms, we strongly recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead as those dates fill quickly. Same-day requests may be accommodated based on availability — call us directly.
Will I receive a confirmation after booking?+
Yes. You will receive a booking confirmation by email immediately after your reservation is completed. Please retain this for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@a1luxrentals.com.
What information do I need to have ready when booking?+
For car rentals: your driver’s license, preferred vehicle, and rental dates. For limo service: your pickup location, destination, date, time, number of passengers, and flight details if applicable. Having your payment method and a valid ID ready will speed up the process.
Can I request a specific vehicle for limo service?+
You may request a preference and we will do our best to accommodate it based on availability. Our fleet includes the Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban, and GMC Yukon XL — all full-size luxury SUVs maintained to the same immaculate standard.
