Cancellation Policy

Clear Terms,
No Surprises

Weddings are a peak/weekend event booking. Here are the cancellation terms that apply:

7+ days before wedding
30% deposit forfeited only — no further charge
Less than 7 days before wedding
100% of the total fare charged
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to cancellations@a1luxrentals.com or confirmed by phone. Eligible refunds processed within 7 business days.
Deposit: A non-refundable 30% deposit of the total estimated fare is required to confirm your wedding booking. This is credited toward your final balance.
